Hi there!
We’re an eCommerce FASHION Dropshipping business and we’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our remote team long-term. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and love helping people — this might be the perfect role for you! We’re not just looking for someone to fill a position, but someone who wants to grow with us as we scale. ?
Your Responsibilities:
Respond to customer
Escalate and resolve customer complaints professionally
Update refund/issue tracking in Google Sheets
Create weekly performance reports
Managing PayPal disputes and filing cases if needed *
Suggest improvements to support processes
Always reply within 24 hours, politely and clearly
Note: PayPal disputes are not part of your role at the beginning. This may be added later based on performance.
You Should Be Comfortable Using:
Gorgias (Help Desk — training provided)
Google Sheets / Docs
Shopify (mostly handled via Gorgias)
Slack (daily communication)
ChatGPT & DeepL (for translations and smart replies)
PayPal (optional in the future)

Requirements:
Fluent English (written & spoken)
1+ year experience in eCommerce customer service
Great attention to detail (no repeated/off-topic replies)
Highly organized & self-motivated
Can start immediately
Available at least 15 hours/week
