**What You’ll Do**
As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be on the front lines helping our global customers with their hosting needs. You’ll troubleshoot issues, provide clear and friendly guidance, and help ensure users have a smooth experience using our platforms. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values autonomy, initiative, and accountability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer tickets via WHMCS and
* Troubleshooting common hosting and configuration issues
* Assisting users with game server and app setup
* Updating and improving help docs and internal guides
* Escalating complex issues to DevOps and SysAdmin teams
* Engaging with users in the
* Recommending ways to streamline support and improve user experience

**What We’re Looking For**
We want someone who loves solving problems and helping people. You don’t need to know everything, but you should be tech-savvy, eager to learn, and able to communicate clearly and confidently.
**You should have:**
* Basic Linux command-line experience
* Strong written and verbal English
* A calm, methodical approach under pressure
* Curiosity and a drive to keep improving
* A reliable internet connection and good time management
**Bonus if you’re familiar with:**
* Game hosting tools like Pterodactyl
* Popular titles like Minecraft, ARK, Satisfactory, Terraria, or CS:GO
* Media and app hosting tools like Plex, Radarr, Sonarr, or qBittorrent
