We're looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Success Manager to become the primary point of contact for our clients and ensure they have an exceptional experience with our agency.

Role Overview

As our Client Success Manager, you will manage client relationships from onboarding through retention. You will lead client meetings, provide updates on campaign progress, coordinate with our SEO team, and ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the work we're delivering.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping businesses succeed.

Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients (email, calls etc)
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Respond to client emails and messages promptly
Create and Present Monthly KPI/SEO Reports
Conduct Weekly and Monthly Callls/Meetings with clients
Conduct Daily calls with the team to ensure that client concerns are addressed
Ensure clients receive a world-class experience
Setup Asana Boards for New Clients (onboarded)
Monthly Invoicing

Client Onboarding
Conduct onboarding calls with new clients
Gather required information, website access, and business details
Set expectations and establish campaign goals
Coordinate onboarding with internal teams
Client Meetings & Reporting
Lead monthly client meetings via Google Meet
Present campaign updates, KPIs, and completed work
Explain SEO strategies and results in simple terms
Address questions and concerns professionally

Project Coordination
Work closely with SEO specialists, content writers, and developers
Track client requests and ensure timely completion
Follow up on outstanding items and approvals
Maintain accurate client records and notes

Client Retention
Identify potential issues before they become problems
Improve client satisfaction and retention
Monitor client health and engagement
Help clients achieve their business goals

Qualifications
Required
2+ years of account management, client success, customer success, or project management experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Comfortable leading Google meetings and presentations
Reliable internet connection and professional remote work environment

Preferred
Experience working in an SEO, digital marketing, or advertising agency
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO reporting
Experience with CRM and project management tools
Understanding of local SEO and lead generation campaigns
