As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be instrumental in helping businesses transform their communication through our AI technology. You'll ensure our clients maximize value from our platform while driving adoption and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through platform implementation and optimization

Proactively identify and resolve customer needs

Monitor customer health metrics and drive engagement

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs

Develop best practices and documentation for customer success
