Key Responsibilities:

In a nutshell, you will be in charge of all clients, from self-study minicourses to 3-6 month high-ticket programs, focusing on building relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring client retention.
Your job combines three main pillars:
Ensuring professional and smooth account management, including onboarding, organization, and support during program duration, retention, and offboarding
Upselling and retention.
Mindset and accountability coaching, identifying objections, and helping the clients overcome them. Delivered inside the community as a Q/A thread and on regular 1-1 calls with clients. You’ll be trained in the Bring Him Closer Energetic Method.

Other Responsibilities:

You may be engaged in other tasks related to social media and content creation, such as listening to videos/audios and correcting transcripts, video editing / creation with Descript, and potentially creating social media posts with Canva.


In more detail, you will be doing the following:

Communicate with clients to set healthy expectations and handle any questions, objections, or complaints via email, text or phone/zoom.
Build rapport to become the trusted go-to person for any questions (except coaching questions, of course)
Coaching clients inside the community on mindset and successfully applying the Bring Him Closer Method
Upsell and cross-sell into other programs or follow-up offers
Coordinate signing agreements and answer questions if needed
Help clients with community and learning portal access & provide how-to training when necessary via email or Zoom
Monitor and ensure engagement during the program/course duration and support clients with resistance, if any. That also includes coordination of groups and 1-1 calls.
Payment monitoring and payment collection negotiations
Processing of refunds
Collecting feedback about the courses
Coordinating client testimonial interviews


Requirements:

We know that superstars are not born but made, and we will provide profound training to help you develop into the role. The following requirements are, however, a must:

Studies in psychology or coaching certification with experience
Sales experience: You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in account management or after-sales, where you could offer and successfully sell additional products or services to existing clients.
Relationship-building personality: You feel joy when you communicate well with your clients. You are happy to help and offer them something you know will help them.
Highly organized: You enjoy having a to-do list and structuring your work day to achieve more quickly.
Proactive: Waiting and being too patient is not for you. You enjoy seeing results and feel good about making the first and subsequent moves to get results.
Emotional intelligence and empathy: You enjoy talking to women about their emotions and relationships. You can build relationships and trust quickly and put yourself in their shoes.
Independent: You feel comfortable working from home with minimal supervision.

1+ years experience working with Europe or US-based businesses


Nice to have:

This experience is not crucial, but we know it will help you:
Appointment setting, customer service, cold calling, cold outreach, CRM work, coaching training i.e. NLP, an academic degree in psychology or communication


Time and Renumeration:

This freelance position requires 35-40 hours per week. During launch times, you may have a week with more hours as a group of clients will need an onboard at once followed by a few weeks with less workload.


You will have an extensive 3-6 month onboarding and training on the job (paid, of course).
