We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in facilitating communication between our clients, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively engaging with customers and carriers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Use TMS software to quote, book, track, and trace LTL & truckload shipments.
Monitor shipments for on-time delivery and proactively resolve any issues related to delays or disruptions.
Provide accurate rate quotations for LTL & truckload shipments, ensuring pricing competitiveness and profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with carriers, ensuring consistent capacity and service quality.
Work closely with customers and internal teams to address and resolve any shipping or delivery concerns.
Keep shipment and customer information updated in the system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and current.
Assist with other logistics tasks as needed to support the team’s success.
Qualifications:

Experience working with a Transportation Management System (TMS).
Strong knowledge and experience in LTL and truckload shipping, including quoting, tracking, and tracing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with customers, carriers, and colleagues.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and logistics software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:

Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
Familiarity with volume and parcel shipping solutions.
