Customer Service and Graphic Design

Fluker's Cricket Farm is an insect agriculture company offering insect ingredients towards the insect consumption pet marketplace. Our mission is to contribute to a more circular food system by producing sustainable insect ingredients for pet food and pet nutrition.  As Fluker's Cricket Farm enters an exciting new stage of growth and expansion of our business, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a Graphic Design background for our Ecommerce Division.

We are seeking for a team member to work a Friday to Tuesday shift primarily focusing on customer support but aiding our marketing team during downtime.

Responsibilities:

- Flexible Shift Times (We are in central time zone)
- Provide exceptional customer service email, chat and other electronic systems
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively in English and to assist customers
- Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer information in the system
- Work on Content / Graphic Design projects during downtime

Requirements

* Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role. (1+ years)
* Proficiency in design and motion graphics software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc.)
* Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
* You can produce engaging content (Digital and Written)
* Strong writing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Open to new projects, can juggle multiple tasks
* Self-driven, can work independently, and take ownership of projects.
* Knowledge and interest in exotic pet industry, a plus
