Customer Service VA (Events Industry)
We are a fast-growing events company seeking a reliable and enthusiasticCustomer Service VA to join our team full-time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident on the phone, and thrives in a structured, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to invite clients to upcoming events
Introduce event details in a clear, engaging, and professional manner
Collect and update accurate customer contact information
Complete event registration forms on behalf of clients
Email
Perform follow-up calls to confirm attendance and answer questions
Maintain accurate call logs and update Excel spreadsheets daily
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or outbound calling
Clear, friendly, and confident speaking voice
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable handling objections and working toward daily call targets
Organized and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to meet deadlines and follow processes consistently
Remote Work Requirements (Mandatory)
Stable high-speed internet connection
Noise-cancelling headset with clear audio quality
Quiet, professional home workspace (no background noise)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (GMT+8)
