Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chat & SMS for excellent customer service and sales.
Strengthen customer relationships, offer promotions, show the value of subscriptions, and create personalized experiences.
Follow up on leads, prospect, provide feedback, and propose customer solutions.
Manage order processes from quote to completion.
Collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Willingness to make warm and cold calls.
Available to work appx. 9:30am-1:30pm PST Monday-Friday
2+ years of customer service and sales experience.
Experience in e-commerce, subscription box, and/or swag marketing preferred.
Familiarity with various software applications and willing to learn new ones.
Strong work ethic and adaptability.

Work Environment:
Quiet, remote work environment.
Reliable internet connection.
Computer and headset for calls.
