Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher | Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive CSR / Dispatcher & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong multitasking abilities, and experience in scheduling, dispatching, and lead generation.
You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, and generating new leads to help grow our business.
You Will Be Working On:

Customer service & Dispatching:


- Handling calls, emails for plumbing, electrical and water damage restoration services.
- Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians according to skills and service locations.
- Customer support
- Billing and payment collection
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Providing support and communication with the team and technicians.

Lead Generation & Sales:
- Engaging with prospects through follow-ups, and email outreach.
- Identifying and qualifying new leads through research and online platforms.
- Assisting in marketing campaigns and strategies to attract more clients.


Skills Required:


- Native-level English (excellent verbal & written communication).
- Minimum 5 years of proven CSR experience.
- Experience as a CSR and dispatcher in a service-based company (USA-based preferred: plumbing, HVAC, garage doors, cleaning, etc.).
- Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, and sales outreach.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with CRM tools


Pay:


TBD: Attractive hourly rate based on experience + effective weekly bonus structure. Pay will depend on your skill level and the qualifications of other applicants. Strong potential to make more than hourly rate on bonuses.
