We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Voice Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support through phone communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has experience using tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate and timely information to address customer concerns and inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Utilize Zapier to automate repetitive tasks and integrate various tools and systems.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to offer the best possible support.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Familiarity with Zapier for automating workflows and integrating tools (basic understanding required).
- Proficient with CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for taking calls.
