Are you an experienced, customer-focused problem solver looking to join a fast-growing e-commerce team?
We are a dynamic dropshipping business seeking a Customer Service Representative who not only provides top-notch support but also actively helps improve our processes and enhances the customer experience. You will take ownership of customer interactions, think proactively, and work efficiently with the team.

Your Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via
Manage order tracking, proactively updating customers on delays or issues
Resolve refund, return, chargeback, and shipping-related problems
Maintain and update customer data and order statuses in Google Sheets
Communicate with suppliers to address missing items, defects, or sizing issues
Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to prevent them
Develop and refine response templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
(Optional) Assist in onboarding and managing future customer support agents
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in e-commerce customer service (dropshipping and fashion experience is a must)
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a calm, professional tone
Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, Slack, or other customer support tools
Reliable internet connection and a well-functioning laptop/computer
Availability of 10-20 hours per week (with potential for full-time growth)
Familiarity with AI or automation tools for customer service (bonus)
Experience managing or training customer support teams (bonus)
Ability to create and optimize SOPs for customer service scenarios (bonus)
