JOB OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for delivering accurate railing design quotes to customers within a 1-hour turnaround. This is not a standard call center job. You will interpret customer project descriptions, operate our proprietary 2D/3D railing design tool, and deliver professional design estimates via email. Speed, precision, attention to detail, and independent judgment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound design requests through our project management system and respond within 1-hour SLA
- Review customer-submitted measurements, sketches, and project details to understand what needs to be built
- Contact customers to clarify missing or unclear information before building a design
- Build accurate railing designs using Peak's proprietary web-based design tool
- Deliver completed designs and product summaries to customers via email in a professional, clear manner
- Track all requests through completion and flag any that approach the SLA limit
- Escalate complex technical or compliance questions to the Peak Canada team

Qualifications:
- Strong written English - communicating directly with Canadian and American customers
- Experience in construction, renovation, drafting, design or a related field is highly preferred
- Experience reading blueprints, project plans, or design sketches is a significant asset
- Comfortable learning and operating new software using written guides and video walkthroughs
- Shifts are scheduled to cover Canadian and US business hours: between 4:00am to 11:00pm Philippines time

* Access to a desktop computer and a reliable, stable internet connection is a requirement for the role
