The Customer Service Representative will be pivotal in engaging with clients, facilitating document preparation and submission for immigration purposes, and actively recruiting new clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering IP phone calls and initial consultations with prospective clients.
- Scheduling appointments using our Orderry work order management system and Google Calendar.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on case status, and addressing inquiries.
- Assisting clients in gathering and organizing required documents for immigration petitions and applications.
- Completing forms and supporting documents with accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinating with clients to obtain additional information or documentation as necessary.
- Ensuring timely submission of applications and following up with relevant agencies.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and proficiency in Amharic is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service (1 year required).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes.
- Passion for assisting individuals in navigating immigration complexities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
