Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: $4 AUD per hour
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Melbourne Time)

Job Description:
Our company seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our credit repair team. As part of a growing business, you’ll be instrumental in managing credit dispute cases, handling communications with creditors and bureaus, and supporting our clients through the credit repair journey. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide clear updates, assist with inquiries, and contribute to the positive growth of our growing team

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Dispute Management: Initiate and manage credit repair disputes with creditors and credit bureaus to address inaccuracies and help clients improve their credit profiles.
Customer Interaction: Manage client inquiries, provide case updates, and offer guidance through the credit repair process.
Case Investigation: Conduct detailed investigations on each case to assess issues affecting the client's credit and build effective dispute strategies.
Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of all interactions, case statuses, and communications with creditors and bureaus.
Follow-up & Resolution: Proactively follow up on disputes, ensure timely updates, and work towards quick resolutions.
Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with Australian credit repair regulations and our internal guidelines.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in credit repair, debt management, or case handling is advantageous.
Strong communication skills for managing inquiries and resolving client concerns via phone and email.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software.

Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-time remote position
Probation Period: 2 months, with a performance review to assess potential for a permanent role. Performance Incentives can be provided.
