Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative & Accounting Coordinator for our client's growing Repair and Fleet Services Company. This dual-role position combines customer service, dispatch support, administrative coordination, and basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service inquiries, scheduling, and updates
-Coordinate service appointments and communicate with field technicians as needed
-Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and work orders
-Follow up with customers regarding service completion and outstanding requests
-Track expenses and purchases made by field technicians using company credit cards
-Match receipts and supporting documentation to credit card transactions
-Monitor parts purchased for specific jobs and verify whether parts were installed, returned, exchanged, or credited
-Track vendor credits, refunds, and returned materials to ensure proper accounting records
-Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and vendor transactions
-Generate reports and provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications
-Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, bookkeeping, or accounting assistance
-Strong phone,
-Experience tracking expenses, receipts, and credit card transactions
-High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
-Strong organizational and follow-up skills
