What You'll Own:
- Build meaningful relationships with customers across all channels and keep them happy
- Take full ownership of customer issues from first contact to resolution, raising critical issues with the business team with suggested solutions
- Take the initiative to identify and implement process improvements based on customer feedback
- Develop and document best practices for customer support team to learn and grow
- Proactively spot trends and suggest solutions before they become problems
- Shape the future of our customer experience through innovative ideas
