Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone call in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a professional approach to handling customer concerns.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
