As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company. You will make outbound calls and send emails to customers to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-tier service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a positive attitude while managing customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers to address inquiries, provide information, or resolve issues.
Respond to customer emails promptly, ensuring clear communication and resolution of concerns.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective and friendly communication.
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Work collaboratively with other teams to provide comprehensive customer support.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
Meet or exceed key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call volume, and response time.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and emails efficiently.
Comfortable working with technology and CRM systems (experience with [specific CRM software, if applicable] is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, empathetic, and able to build rapport with customers.
