We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our Customer Success Team immediately.

The position is Full Time Monday – Friday, work from home, on Pacific time.

The position requires someone with the following attributes:

-Customer Service experience (2-5 years preferably)
-Average to Good English Language Skills
-Laptop and fast internet is a Must (but certain tools would be provided by the company)
-Clear, Concise Oral and written communication skills
-Understands value of detailed Documentation
-Empathetic, Patient, and has Active Listening skills
-Friendly, Optimistic and Extroverted
-Humble, able to own and learn from errors, asks for help
-Problem Solving Skills and able to Pivot well
-Team Player who values connections with co-workers and customers.
-Technology savvy - we're a technology forward company!
-Experienced in Microsoft 365, emphasis on Excel and Word
-Answer phones, emails and Chats
-Assist in various office projects and ability to coordinate with vendors for custom projects

Performs Customer based requests on behalf of Sales Reps

-Day-to-day responsibilities include:
-Provides prompt and friendly service when answering phone calls, emails and Chats.
-Navigation of Various Systems and Websites in performance of daily tasks
-Video Conference meetings
-CRM Maintenance Tasks
-Projects from other teams when they need assistance
-Place orders on behalf of Customers and Sales Reps
-Provide Status updates on orders to Customers
-Product Searches to meet Customer requirements
-Places calls to follow up with Customers, communicate with Delivery Drivers, and Couriers, and communicate with Sales Reps.
-Screens incoming calls for other Departments and Admin
-Complete Projects as assigned
-Communicates with other Departments in the pursuit of WISE
