We are a fast-growing and dynamic company seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Team Leader to guide our team in delivering outstanding support and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide coaching and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor teaUpgrade to see actual infotrics and performance, implementing strategies for improvement.
- Address escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service processes and policies.
- Conduct regular teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to discuss goals, challenges, and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
