Customer Service Expert

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Expert to handle customer interactions through email, SMS, direct messages, and phone calls. Your role is to provide excellent support, resolve inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Duties:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, SMS, and direct messages.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and helpful support.

Wage:
• $4/hour

Schedule:
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet workspace.
