Customer Service - Australian Cosmetics Brand

We are an Australian cosmetics brand looking for someone with amazing writing skills to join our team as a social media writer, comment handler, and blog post writer. You would also be helping assist customers in their enquires by solving their problems, chatting with them as a friend and building relationships. We are NOT just looking for a CSR, we are looking for someone who is fluent/native english speaking, enjoys reading/writing and can take on responsibilities in their role.

Requirements:


-MUST be 100% fluent/native english speaking.
- Creative writing, blog post writing, social media management skills is a big plus.
-Female, ideally, interested in health and beauty (especially nails and manicure art)
