Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage client inquiries, respond promptly to messages, and handle backend tasks in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will also send out event proposals, answer web chat inquiries, and respond to inquiries on third-party event marketplaces. Your efforts will ensure smooth communication and help create a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via text and
• Provide information about our packages, pricing, and services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Qualify leads and schedule venue tours.
• Send event proposals to prospective clients based on their needs and preferences.
• Answer inquiries via live web chat and third-party event marketplaces.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
• Assist with administrative and backend CRM tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or CRM management is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
