JOB OVERVIEW

We run a portfolio of ecommerce brands serving German customers. You don't need to speak German — we use AI translation tools to handle the language. What we need is someone fast, reliable, and genuinely good with customers.
Speed is everything here. When a customer writes in, they should hear back within 1–2 hours, not the next day. That single habit is what keeps a small problem from turning into a refund, a dispute, or a chargeback.
What you'll do

Answer customer emails and chats quickly — within 1–2 hours, always
Handle order issues, shipping questions, refunds, and returns
Calm down upset customers before things escalate into PayPal disputes
Use our AI translation tools to reply naturally in German
Flag recurring problems so we can fix them at the source

You're a fit if you

Have ecommerce or Shopify customer service experience
Write clear, warm, professional English (our AI handles the German)
Can commit to fast 1–2 hour response times during your shift
Are available to work weekends
Can work the 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM PHT window
Are organized, reliable, and don't need to be chased
