Customer Service

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! Our e-commerce fashion store prides itself on providing excellent customer care, and we need someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and empathetic in handling customer interactions exclusively via email – no WhatsApp or phone calls.

JOB DETAILS:
Full-time position: Monday to Saturday morning (33 hours per week)
Experience required: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or the fashion industry
Main responsibility: Managing and responding to customer emails with precision, professionalism, and empathy
