Position: Customer Sales and Phone Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
Dynamic Sales Approach: Utilize your dynamic selling skills to engage customers and promote our range of wellness products, with a particular focus on our renowned massagers.
Objection Handling: Leverage your three years of solid experience in objection handling to address customer concerns and guide them towards informed purchase decisions.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product line, especially our massagers, and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits to potential customers.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in phone sales and customer service, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
Proven track record of successfully handling objections and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine interest in promoting products that contribute to a healthier lifestyle.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
