JOB OVERVIEW

Full Time - Assistant for Customer Engagement and Sales Support with Excellent Spoken and Written English Needed

We are a custom engraving, embroidery and apparel company based in the United States (Eastern Time Zone) that requires a sales office administrator/admin to the owner.

You must be available from 9AM to 6PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.

This is a full-time, 5 day a week position.

You will need to have excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent.

Your main tasks will be answering phones and emails. Responding to customers queries, giving quotations and also creating the invoice for customers in our system (Shopify). Other duties will include interacting with customers who have ordered to ensure we have the appropriate assets/files to send the job to production.

Full training will be given to the chosen candidate. Experience in this industry is preferred but not Upgrade to see actual info is essential that you live in an area not prone to typhoons and that has extremely reliable electricity and internet. Davao and Manila are good examples that fit this Upgrade to see actual info’s also essential you have a quiet place to work with no background noise.
