Role Description:

Are you ready to revolutionize education with the perfect blend of curriculum and technology? We are seeking a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Curriculum Writer and Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a key player in our mission to help our members become transformational leaders, you will create, edit, and proof our content so that it is highly valuable for our members.

Your expertise will empower coaches and holistic practitioners to succeed in reaching their career goals. If you get excited about creating clear, compelling error-free writing that changes lives, then this is the role of a lifetime!

Responsibilities:


Content Project Management
Develop systems and templates to help our members succeed in our programs
Curate and edit the educational content for Thrive Members.
Maintain template updates and keep them very organized
Simplify Thrive Machine and make it the best possible user experience
Ensure that everything client-facing is excellent (good grammar, working links, updated dates, and good User Experience).
Ensure consistency of all templates and content throughout our whole system.
Develop systems, checklists, and SOP’s for helping our team be more effective


Day to Day Tasks
Update templates, HUB webpages, and Thrive Machine content
Curate event leader's content for calls & events (presentation slides, etc.)
Write scripts based on transcripts and previous content
Write FB Posts or emails to our membership


Strategic Work
Find the weakest points in our curriculum and recommend ways to strengthen them.
Recommend new technologies and solutions to improve system performance.
Integrate the latest tech to gamify our content and make it as engaging as possible.
Collaborate with Tech team to upgrade systems

Skills
You have the ability to:
Work on 3 (or more) projects simultaneously
Switch focus based on priorities
Produce high quality templates, scripts and systems for team and members
Consistently finish projects by their agreed upon deadline
Understand the brand voice and write from that perspective.
Pay close attention to detail so our templates have no mistakes
Think critically and foresee process gaps before they become issues.
Find inconsistencies in our content layouts and correct them.
Organize content in ways that makes it easy to find (for the team)
Create content that is the best possible user experience for our members



Requirements:
20 hours to start (and possibly more)
High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
Fixed Hours weekly schedule
Excellent communication skills
Experience designing systems and templates for adults
Training or professional experience in content design, written content development,

Not Required but ideal:
Experience with Go High Level
Experience in graphic design and content layouts
