Job Description
- This is NOT a general social media role – It is a highly specialized X/Twitter Manager position.
- ONLY those with active and engaging personal X/Twitter accounts will be considered for an interview.
- Applicants must submit their X/Twitter account link to be considered.
- We are looking for an operator, strategist, and power user of X/Twitter – not just a content scheduler.
- If you haven’t built a following, hosted Spaces, or driven engagement on CT, this role isn’t for you.

Responsibilities
1. Growth & Engagement
-Scale the account followers through aggressive growth strategies
-Drive 5K+ impressions per post with engaging tweets, threads, and viral content
-Constantly reply, interact, and build relationships with the crypto community
-Grow a strong, loyal following among traders, investors, and Web3 enthusiasts
-Leverage influencers & KOLs to amplify reach

2. Content Strategy & Execution
-Write high-impact, market-moving tweets and threads that spark engagement
-Stay ahead of narratives—craft tweets that set trends, not follow them
-Create crypto-native Upgrade to see actual infos, polls, and discussions that drive virality
-Work closely with leadership, dev teams, and community managers for major announcements

3. Hosting Twitter Spaces & Real-Time Engagement
-Host Twitter Spaces featuring top Upgrade to see actual info thought leaders, builders, and traders
-Moderate discussions, drive engagement and position the brand as a key industry voice
-Monitor and immediately respond to mentions, DMs, and conversations
-Handle FUD, crises, and brand sentiment shifts in real-time
-Organize Twitter giveaways, airdrops, and contests to boost engagement

4. Data-Driven Strategy & Market Analysis
-Track engagement, reach, and impressions to optimize future content
-Run A/B tests on tweet formats, timing, and engagement tactics
-Analyze on-chain data and market trends to create timely, relevant content
-Benchmark against competitors’ Twitter strategies and implement best practices

Required Qualifications
