Crypto-Native Social Media Copywriter & Outreach Operator

Overview
We’re a New York-based team building modern financial products that combine financial discovery and trading into one seamless experience.
Our team includes builders and operators with backgrounds across Instagram, Tesla, Meta, and institutional quantitative trading firms in New York including Optiver. We bring together experience from consumer-scale products, high-performance engineering environments, and quantitative systems to build products that feel simple despite underlying complexity.
We apply modern Silicon Valley product workflows to make complex systems feel intuitive, fast, and scalable.
We are currently preparing for closed alpha and building with a small, high-ownership team that values speed, strong product thinking, and execution.

The Role
You will help shape how we show up online by writing, engaging, and participating in conversations where our audience already spends time.
This is not a generic social media role.
We are looking for someone who deeply understands ---------- Twitter (CT), internet culture, and how communities form around ideas, products, and markets.
You should know how to write content that feels native to the platform, contributes to conversations naturally, and creates genuine engagement rather than forcing growth.
This role combines writing, outreach, community participation, and experimentation.

Responsibilities
Writing & Content
• Write short-form posts and replies for X (Twitter)
• Create content that feels native to CT and internet culture
• Develop opinionated, high-signal replies that drive engagement
• Contribute ideas for narratives, positioning, and content angles
• Maintain consistency in tone and communication

Community & Outreach
• Engage with builders, traders, and niche communities
• Identify high-signal conversations and contribute meaningfully
• Build relationships through thoughtful replies and outreach
• Support community growth initiatives and light outreach operations
• Help identify relevant creators, communities, and opportunities

Growth & Iteration
• Track engagement performance and content signals
• Observe trends and adapt content accordingly
• Experiment with formats, messaging, and posting approaches
• Share learnings and recommendations to improve growth

Requirements
Core Skills
• Active user of X (Twitter), Reddit, and Telegram
• Strong understanding of crypto culture, tone, and online behavior
• Ability to write content that feels human and non-generic
• Strong judgment for what is interesting vs repetitive
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English
• Comfortable moving quickly and experimenting

Writing Ability
You should be able to write:
• Natural, non-AI sounding content
• Slightly opinionated and engaging replies
• Short, sharp posts that create curiosity
• Platform-native writing rather than polished corporate copy

This Role Is For You If:

This Role Is NOT For You If:
• You rely heavily on AI without editing

• You prefer polished corporate communication styles
• You do not actively participate in online communities

Compensation
• $8–$15/hr depending on experience and fit
• Flexible hours (20–40 hrs/week)
• Weekly or bi-weekly payments
• Performance-based compensation growth over time
• Exceptional performers may have access to additional long-term opportunities
