The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and crypto-savvy moderator to oversee our Upgrade to see actual info community. You will play a vital role in managing our community and ensuring community security. Our ideal candidates are in the trenches on Twitter, Telegram, Upgrade to see actual info day and night.

We are looking for moderators who have an understanding in one or more of the following niches:
Airdrops/Farming opportunities
Solona ecosystem
ETH ecosystem
Bitcoin ecosystem
Defi projects
Low cap, Mid Cap, High Cap

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a vigilant guardian of our community, monitoring discussions, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
Handle conflicts and disputes within the community with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to guidelines.
Regularly review messages and content to identify and address inappropriate, spammy, or shieling posts.
Provide assistance and support to community members by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Enforce community rules and guidelines consistently and fairly.
Report any suspicious or inappropriate activities to the Community Manager as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest crypto news
Help onboard new members and facilitate positive initial interactions.
Conduct proactive follow-ups with new members, gather feedback, and suggest upsells.

Must Have Requirements:
Deep understanding of crypto and traditional markets.
Proven experience as a successful moderator in the Web3 space
Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info communities and Upgrade to see actual info security.
Strong written communication skills to facilitate positive interactions within the community.
