About Us

We run ---------- sh — a Solana-based, real-money skill game (think ---------- , but you keep the cash you win). Our entire growth engine is a 10% lifetime referral/affiliate program, and our audience is one very specific type of person: Solana gamblers and degens.

We're hiring a sharp, self-driven researcher to hunt down small Kick streamers playing Solana gambling/casino games, plus other Solana and crypto communities, and build us a constant pipeline of partnership and affiliate opportunities.

What You'll Do

Find small Kick streamers who stream Solana gambling/casino games (slots, crash, dice, plinko, coinflip, jackpot, etc.) — focus on nano/micro streamers (under ~10K followers) who actually have an engaged degen audience.
Build and maintain a prospect database (Google Sheet) with: streamer name, Kick link, other socials (X/Twitter, ---------- , Telegram, Twitch), follower/viewer counts, games they play, contact method, and notes.
Track down other reach opportunities: Solana ---------- servers, Telegram groups, X/Twitter communities, crypto gambling communities, degen trading groups, .io game communities, and crypto gaming creators.
Identify the best way to contact each prospect (DM, email, Telegram, manager) and log it.
Qualify prospects: filter out fake followers, dead channels, and off-audience accounts. We only want real Solana gambling audiences.

Who We're Looking For

Excellent written English (you'll be reading crypto/gambling content and writing clean notes).
Genuinely familiar with the crypto/Solana world — you know what terms like degen, ape, rug, ---------- coin, and crypto casino mean. (This is the #1 requirement. If you don't know crypto, this role isn't for you.)
Comfortable navigating Kick, Twitch, X/Twitter, ---------- , and Telegram.
Strong at research, Googling, and digging — you can find people who don't want to be easily found.
Highly organized and reliable with spreadsheets.
Self-starter who can hit daily quotas without being micromanaged.

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/streamer outreach, or lead generation.
An existing presence in crypto gambling or Solana ---------- /Telegram communities.
Familiarity with crypto casinos / sportsbooks (Stake, Rollbit, Shuffle, etc.) and Solana gambling dApps.

Details
Type: Full-time or part-time (let us know your availability).
Hours: Flexible, overlap with US streaming peak hours is a plus.
Long-term: This is an ongoing role with room to grow into a full outreach/partnerships position as we scale.
