Are you experienced in removing inquiries, collections, late payments, charge-offs, and bankruptcies from credit reports? Do you have a strong understanding of FCRA, Metro 2 compliance, and dispute processes? If so, we want you on our team!

About the Role:

We are looking for a Credit Repair Specialist to help our clients improve their credit scores by handling disputes and removals with major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) and collection agencies. Your job will be to analyze credit reports, file disputes, follow up with bureaus, and ensure negative items are successfully removed. We used to outsource this service, but are now looking to bring it in-house.

Position: Full-Time (Remote)
Salary: $5 – $10 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: Flexible, but must be available for communication during U.S. business hours

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze credit reports and identify negative items (inquiries, collections, charge-offs, late payments, bankruptcies).
Prepare and submit dispute letters to credit bureaus, collection agencies, and creditors.
Use Metro 2 Compliance & FCRA laws to maximize deletions.
Handle client communication and provide updates on dispute progress.
Track and document all dispute processes, responses, and removals.
Stay updated on credit laws & industry regulations to ensure compliance.
Manage client statuses and provide status reports to clients
Help us build out our credit repair services!

Qualifications & Skills:

1+ years experience in credit repair, Metro 2 compliance, or FCRA disputes.
Strong knowledge of Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion dispute processes.
Experience removing inquiries, charge-offs, collections, bankruptcies, and late payments.
Proficiency with credit repair software (e.g., DisputeBee, Credit Repair Cloud, SmartCredit).
Excellent written English (for dispute letter writing).
Strong attention to detail & ability to work independently.

Preferred But Not Required:

Experience with LexisNexis, ChexSystems, Early Warning Services disputes.
Familiarity with Tradeline & Credit Building Strategies.
Background in customer service or financial consulting.
