We are a US–TX–based company that builds software and provides related services to healthcare organizations supporting their staff credentialing and learning needs.
We are seeking a Credentialing Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in US-based medical staff insurance credentialing/enrollment. This position is full-time (35-40 hours per week). Because we are based in the US, you must be available to work Monday–Friday, between 8:00am–6:00pm US Central Time.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US medical staff credentialing, primary source verification (PSV), or onboarding coordination.
* Working knowledge of provider portals and systems, specifically CAQH, PECOS, Availity, and TMHP, is strongly preferred.
* Proficiency using web-based business software (MS Word, Outlook/Gmail, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
* Excellent communication and follow-up abilities with English-speaking clients.
* Must have a highly reliable computer setup and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
* Exceptional attention to detail and sharp analytical skills for auditing complex provider files and generating accurate reports.
* Proven ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and strictly meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
* Collect, review, and audit all provider documents to ensure 100?curacy, completeness, and compliance.
* Conduct thorough primary source verifications for provider credentials, including medical licenses, DEA certificates, board certifications, and education history through official databases.
* Prepare, review, and submit accurate reports to keep management and groups updated on onboarding and payor enrollment progress.
* Maintain, update, and re-attest provider CAQH profiles to ensure they remain accurate and fully compliant.
* Organize, track, and maintain highly confidential digital credentialing files in strict accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
* Support the enrollment team by ensuring all gathered provider data is perfectly organized and ready for final payor application submission.
* Securely manage, update, and track login credentials for various facility, group, and provider portals.
