Creative Video Editor Meta Ads ($$$, Long-Term)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand scaling rapidly in the US market, and we're hiring a Creative Video Editor for a long-term, full-time role on our internal team.

You will own creatives end-to-end — research, production, iteration — and be a real strategic asset for the brand.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

We are NOT looking for someone who just pushes buttons on Premiere or CapCut. We're looking for a creative producer — someone who thinks like a marketer, digs deep into competitor ad libraries to find winning angles, sources their own footage from TikTok and AI tools, writes their own ad copy, and ships fast in volume.

Within 2–3 months, if you grow with us, you become a real performance creative — someone who proposes hooks, scripts, angles, and entire creative strategies. Compensation grows with you.

YOUR MISSION

- Produce a high volume of short-form video ads, image ads, and ad copy for our Meta Ads campaigns.
- Research and reverse-engineer our top competitors' ads (Meta Ad Library, TikTok) to find what works.
- Dig into our brand's internal data (post-purchase surveys, our own winning ads) to spot insights and angles.
- Build variations of the same concept fast — different hooks, bridges, CTAs, formats.
- Generate your own AI B-rolls and source clips when needed (Kling, VEO, HeyGen, etc.).
- Apply feedback quickly.
- Stay organized: clean folders, clean naming.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience editing short-form ads (UGC, mashups, advertorials, VSLs).
- Master of at least one editing software: Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Marketing-minded: you actually look at ads as a viewer AND as a strategist.
- Obsessed with speed and volume — without sacrificing quality.
- Autonomous: if you don't know a tool, you find the tutorial, learn it, and use it the same day.
- Comfortable with AI in your daily workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, video generation tools).
- Solid written English.
- Long-term mindset — you will commit and grow with us.

NOT FOR YOU IF

- You're building your own brand or agency on the side and want this as a "filler."
- You only know how to execute briefs and need someone else to think for you.
- You prioritize aesthetics over performance and conversion.
- You see this as a 6–12 month stop before something else.
