Creative Support Specialist

Role Summary: The Creative Support Specialist works in tandem with the Creative Director, taking charge of various design-related tasks crucial to enhancing our brand presence and marketing efforts across different platforms. This role focuses on social media content creation, animation, PDF and Lead Magnet creation, thumbnail designs, video editing, website design and management, and other design-related responsibilities.

Core Role Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Content Creation:

- Develop visually appealing and engaging content for various social media platforms aligned with the brand's tone and goals.

2. Animation:

- Create captivating animated visuals and infographics for marketing campaigns, brand stories, or promotional content.

3. PDF and Lead Magnet Creation:

- Design compelling PDFs, eBooks, and lead magnets that align with the brand's aesthetic and effectively communicate key messages.

4. Video Editing:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and other promotional purposes, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual and storytelling standards.

5. Website Design and Management:

- Design and manage the company's website, ensuring a seamless user experience, up-to-date content, and alignment with the brand's visual identity.

- Implement website updates and improvements to enhance functionality, navigation, and user engagement.

6. Collaboration with Creative Director:

- Work closely with the Creative Director to understand design briefs, provide creative input, and ensure consistency with the brand guidelines.

7. Adaptation, Optimization, & Best Practices:

- Modify designs as needed for different platforms, ensuring optimal visual impact across various mediums and devices.

- Adopt best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual identity and marketing materials.
