JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist & Designer with strong marketing instincts, copywriting skills, and a good understanding of direct response creative. You’ll work closely with our in-house editors, media buyers, and creative team to turn templates and briefs into high-performing static ads and landing pages.

You should be comfortable working within a fast-moving pipeline, managing multiple creatives per day, and delivering on quick timelines. A strong understanding of direct response principles is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing 5–10 static ads per day using templates in Figma
• Writing compelling ad copy to pair with static ads
• Designing and writing copy for 2 landing pages per week using CreativeOS templates
• Using our custom GPT tools to accelerate creative output and improve copy/design quality
• Collaborating with the creative team on concepts, messaging angles, and performance iterations
• Staying aligned with ad performance data and continuously optimizing creative based on what’s working

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience designing and writing copy for ecommerce ads and landing pages
• Solid understanding of direct response best practices for static ads and landing pages
• Strong marketing instincts — able to work from a broad brief and apply creative initiative
• Good working knowledge of Figma and template-based creative systems (like CreativeOS)
• Comfortable managing multiple creatives daily in a fast-paced pipeline
• Able to leverage AI tools (e.g., custom GPTs) to improve copy, ideation, and workflow
