Role Overview:

As a Creative Strategist at TAS Digital, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling ad creatives and UGC scripts specifically for platforms like Meta and TikTok. Your role will involve developing creative briefs, writing engaging copy, conducting thorough market research, and applying marketing psychology to design ads that resonate with target audiences You will also responsible in meeting clients and creating reports discussing ads reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative briefs that align with client objectives.
- Write persuasive copy for various advertising campaigns.
- Meet clients every week or 2 weeks to discuss creative strategy
- Conduct in-depth research to inform marketing tactics and strategies.
- Apply an understanding of marketing psychology to enhance ad effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure creative alignment and execution.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and platform updates for Meta and TikTok.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet TAS Digital’s high standards.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Creative Strategist, specifically in creating ads for Meta and TikTok.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Has contributed to the creation of at least 100 ads.
- Have the confidence to talk to meet clients face to face
- Proven ability in brief creation, copywriting, and conducting market research.
- Strong grasp of marketing tactics and psychology.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Preferably has worked in an agency environment and managed at least 5 clients simultaneously.
