Rogier’s Ecom Fzco is a fast-moving direct-to-consumer e-commerce company operating multiple brands across Europe, the US, and beyond. We run paid media at scale across Meta, Google, and Pinterest — and we’re building the creative engine that keeps us ahead.

We don’t do slow. We test fast, kill fast, and scale what wins.

The Role

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to sit directly alongside our Media Buyer and turn winning data into winning creatives — consistently, month over month.

You’re not just making content. You’re studying the market, identifying what stops the scroll, and building ad concepts that convert cold traffic into buyers. You understand that a great visual without a great hook is worthless — and you obsess over both.

What You’ll Do

Daily

? Study winning and losing ads across our brands — understand why they perform

? Fill 2-8 ad briefs per day with content, angles, and visual direction

? Work directly with the Media Buyer to align creative output with what’s working in market

? Review produced creatives inside our CRM and ensure briefs are executed correctly

? Iterate fast on losing concepts — no ego, only data

Weekly

? Perform in-depth market and competitor research

? Attend Monday creative sync — review winners, losers, and new angles

? Deliver new creative batch before Wednesday every week

? Keep 2-5 fresh concepts per winning product in the pipeline at all times

Ongoing

? Source and qualify content creators for UGC generation

? Manage content pipelines to ensure we never run dry on assets

? Build and maintain a creative asset library per brand

? Attend weekly team calls and contribute new ideas proactively

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

? Minimum 1 year creating or strategizing ads for DTC e-commerce brands

? Proven understanding of direct response — hooks, angles, scroll-stopping formats

? You can write copy AND direct visuals — not one or the other

? Fluent English — written and spoken

? You’ve worked inside a fast-paced remote team before

? You watch ads the way others watch Netflix — obsessively

? Data doesn’t intimidate you — it excites you

? You take feedback without ego and iterate without being asked

? Highly organized, punctual, strong attention to detail

? Coachable and hungry to grow
