Creative Project Manager Needed for Leading Personal Branding Agency

Brand Alchemy is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery of high-impact personal branding projects. We work with top thought leaders and entrepreneurs, transforming their brands into revenue-generating powerhouses. The ideal candidate will manage client projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while building strong internal and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Timelines
- Manage all client branding projects, ensuring on-time or early delivery.
- Track progress, budgets, and deadlines in ClickUp and communicate updates effectively.
- Ensure internal creative teaUpgrade to see actual infoets project milestones by building strong workflows.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.

2. Creative Workflow Management
- Oversee and optimize the entire creative process from kickoff to final delivery.
- Work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to meet project deliverables.
- Capture client feedback, ensure revisions are made, and finalize all deliverables to exceed client expectations.

3. Client Communication & Satisfaction
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that client needs are met and projects remain within scope.
- Proactively manage changes or delays, providing solutions and maintaining client trust.

4. Team Coordination & Collaboration
- Work across teams using Slack, Figma, Google Sheets, and Docs to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Build buy-in among the creative team, ensuring alignment and focus on delivering the highest quality results.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging input and feedback to create optimal results.

5. Budget & Change Order Management
- Track project budgets, including any changes or adjustments to scope.
- Manage change orders, ensuring all adjustments are captured and communicated to clients and the internal team.

Skills Required:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Figma, Slack, Google Sheets, and Docs.
- Proven experience managing creative projects with a focus on branding, design, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, timelines, and managing feedback cycles.
- Exceptional client communication skills with experience building relationships and managing expectations.
- Nice to have: Previous experience in a personal branding agency or managing branding projects for entrepreneurs or thought leaders.

Availability:
