Creative Media Specialist (Video Editing, Photo Retouching & Website Development)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Media Specialist who is skilled in video editing, photography retouching, and website creation. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for storytelling, branding, aesthetics, and modern digital content creation.

The ideal candidate can take raw creative assets and transform them into polished, professional content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
-Video Editing
-Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing, events, and brand storytelling
-Color correct and color grade footage
-Add music, sound effects, graphics, captions, and transitions
-Organize and manage video files and project timelines
-Export optimized formats for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, websites, and ads
-Photography Retouching
-Professionally retouch portraits, product photos, and event photography
-Perform skin retouching, lighting adjustments, color correction, and object cleanup
-Maintain consistent visual branding and style across projects
-Prepare high-quality images for print and web use
-Website Development
-Build and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites
-Update website content, galleries, videos, and branding materials
-Ensure websites are mobile responsive and optimized for performance
-Collaborate on landing pages, portfolios, and business websites
-Integrate media content seamlessly into the site experience

Qualifications
-Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
-Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for retouching
-Website building experience using platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or Shopify
-Strong understanding of branding, composition, and storytelling
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Portfolio showcasing editing, retouching, and web design work required

-Preferred Qualifications
-Motion graphics or animation experience
-Basic graphic design skills
-Understanding of SEO and website optimization
