**We would love to hear from you if ...**
5+ years of experience in the creative industry;
1+ years of experience managing creative teams, with strong leadership and execution skills;
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and data-driven content optimization;
Has big brands or e-commerce platform's marketing experience as a plus;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Solid experience in visual design, video editing, and multimedia content creation
