Responsibilities:

Develop and design creative concepts and visual assets for various marketing campaigns
Create multiple ad creatives per day that are engaging and effective
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with overall marketing strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and advertising
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Creative Director, Designer, or Ad Creative
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative ad copies
Mastery of Photoshop; proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite software (Illustrator, etc.) is a plus
Excellent understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
