We deliver branding, campaigns, and design work at lightning speed through live client collaboration sessions — completing in hours what traditional agencies take weeks to do. We're a remote-first team operating across PST and PhST time zones, and we move fast on everything.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a part-time Creative Designer who lives at the intersection of great design instincts and cutting-edge AI tools. You'll work on real client projects — ads, brand assets, landing pages, and more — in a rapid-iteration environment where speed and quality aren't a trade-off. You'll be expected to leverage AI to accelerate your output, not just as a novelty, but as a core part of how you work every day.

This is not a slow-drip, wait-for-feedback kind of role. We run live design sprints, iterate in real time with clients, and ship. If you thrive under creative pressure and love building things fast, you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER
- Ad creatives (static & animated) for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram
- Brand assets, logos, and visual identity materials
- Landing page mockups and web layouts in Figma
- Figma design files, components, and prototypes
- AI-generated image assets refined to production quality

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Expert-level Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Proficiency with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
- Active Claude (Anthropic) subscription — required to be considered
- Strong eye for typography, color, and composition
- Experience designing for social media and digital advertising

NICE TO HAVE
- Video editing or motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects)
- Experience with Higgsfield or other AI video tools
- Knowledge of direct-response / conversion-focused design

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- Rate: PHP 160/hour
- Type: Part Time — 20 hours/week
- Time zones: PST and PhST — flexibility required
- Bonus opportunities during live client design sessions
