We're Hiring: Creative Content & Social Media Partner (Remote)
Hey, we’re Sachin & Diana — founders of Neolemon and ConsistentCharacter.AI
We bootstrapped our AI business to $20K/month without staff or ads. Just powerful content, great visuals, and a lot of consistency.

Now we’re looking for someone to help us scale that effort.

The Role: Design + Social Media Execution:

This is a hybrid role. We’re not just looking for a designer.
We want someone who creates + executes content on social.

You’ll work directly with us to:

1. Design & Produce Social Content
LinkedIn infographics, carousels, and cheat sheets
Instagram graphics and carousels

Twitter and Instagram thread-style slides
Visual content that’s clear, bold, and aligned with our brand

2. Social Media Management
Schedule and post across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
Engage with our audience: Like, reply, and comment on key posts (in our voice)
Reply to comments on our own posts to keep the convo going

You’d Be a Great Fit If You…
Have a strong eye for layout, contrast, and clarity
Know how to make content feel valuable through smart visuals
Can match brand tone (we’ll guide you)
Have experience managing social posts and light community engagement
Bonus: You’ve worked with AI tools like Midjourney, Ideogram, GPTs, etc.
