JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help develop high-converting ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll work directly alongside the founder and video editor to review ad performance, generate new concepts, and refine creative strategy.

This role is perfect for someone who understands consumer psychology, direct response marketing, and storytelling—and can turn insights into ads that drive sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

???? Ad Creative & Content Strategy

Develop scroll-stopping, high-performing ad creatives (static, video, UGC, motion graphics).

Write strong hooks, angles, and offers that drive conversions.

Work closely with the video editor to refine ad execution.


???? Creative Research & Competitive Analysis

Review ad performance data (CTR, Hook Rate, CPA, ROAS) and provide direction for new creatives.

Research competitor ads and identify high-performing trends.

Study top-performing ads across industries to develop new creative concepts.


???? Testing & Creative Optimisation

Identify winning creative trends and iterate based on results.

Develop new ad hypotheses and testing strategies.

Ensure ad creative aligns with landing page messaging and funnel strategy.


???? UGC & Influencer Integration

Source and brief UGC creators for authentic, high-performing content.

Create scripts and shot lists for TikTok/Reels-style ads.

Work with influencers to ensure content is conversion-focused.

? You’ve created high-converting ad creatives for e-commerce brands before.
? You understand consumer psychology and know how to craft irresistible offers.
? You’re analytical—you don’t just make creatives; you look at the data to improve them.
? You’ve worked with UGC, influencers, and direct response ad creative.
? You thrive in a fast-moving DTC environment and are always testing new ideas.

Bonus Points If You Have:

? Experience running Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube ads.
? Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
? Experience with landing pages, CRO, and funnel strategy.
? A portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives.
