We are seeking a dynamic and strategic CCM Lead to lead the development and implementation of our eLearning marketplace's content strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in content management, relationship building, and quality assurance, ensuring that our offerings align with our business objectives and meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development:
Develop and implement the overall content strategy for the eLearning platform, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and market trends.
Regularly analyze industry developments, learner needs, and competitor offerings to refine the content roadmap.
2. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with instructors to curate high-quality course content.
Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, offering guidance and support throughout the content creation and submission process. Address their inquiries and resolve any concerns regarding their courses, quality standards, or profit share agreements, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
3. Quality Standards and L&D Checklist:
Develop and maintain the platform’s content quality standards and a comprehensive L&D checklist to ensure all courses meet the required criteria.
Provide training and resources to the content team and instructors to uphold these standards.
4. Content Review and Approval:
Oversee the content review and approval process, ensuring all courses comply with established quality standards, relevant policies, and regulations.
Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the quality and relevance of course offerings.
5. Partnership Development:
Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with relevant marketplaces that align with the company’s content strategy and distribution goals.
Negotiate and manage partnerships to expand the reach and accessibility of the platform’s offerings.
6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor the content management team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of content strategy across all business functions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in content management, preferably in an eLearning or educational environment.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with content quality assurance processes and standards.
