About Us: As we prepare for our upcoming launch, our innovative women’s clothing brand is already experiencing significant customer interest. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional fashion and unmatched customer service. Given our growing customer base, we are proactively seeking a Customer Service Representative with the potential to evolve into a Customer Service Manager, overseeing our entire customer service team.
Role Summary: The successful candidate will start as a Customer Service Representative, focusing on providing excellent customer support and building strong relationships with our clients. With proven performance and leadership skills, this role offers the opportunity to advance to Customer Service Manager, where you will lead our customer service team and shape our customer service strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone,
- Handling chargebacks/disputes via shopify, paypal and klarna (Experience required)
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Train and mentor junior customer service staff.
- [For Customer Service Manager Role] Manage and lead the customer service team, ensuring high levels of team performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Experience in team management or leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Passion for women’s fashion and an understanding of the industry’s customer service expectations.
