Are you an experienced customer service representative with knowledge of Shopify dropshipping? Do you have a few years of experience in the ecommerce world and are adept at handling disputes? Then we are looking for you!

We are a leading 8-figures ecommerce dropshipping company seeking motivated customer service representatives to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers via email, chat, and phone
Processing orders and returns through Shopify
Handling disputes and resolving issues
Answering customer inquiries and advising them on products
Proactively contributing to the improvement of our customer service

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Shopify dropshipping
Experience in handling disputes
Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch
Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Full-time availability
Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
